The Application Process
Enrollment applications are processed in the order of receipt. To finalize the application, the required application fee must be paid. Registration becomes accessible to currently enrolled families one week before the general public.
If a class reaches full capacity, applicants are placed on a waitlist. As openings arise, families on the waitlist will be offered available spots. On the application, families are encouraged to indicate their first and second choice of classes. Fall class registration commences in mid-January.
Confirmations of enrollment or wait list placement letters will be sent to families in response to applications. In order to completely register a child, the enrollment offer letter must be signed and registration deposit must be paid. Various forms are required to be turned into the LCYC office before the child can begin school. The forms include a Student Health Inventory, Student Immunization Record, Emergency Form etc.
