The Learning Center for Young Children

Nurturing Self-Confidence
In Children

We are passionate about providing experiences which help children develop the skills to be independent, solve problems and express their creativity.
Helping Children Develop Fundamental Skills

Our Philosophy

The program provides a relaxed atmosphere of loving and caring in which children are encouraged to develop their own talents, uniqueness and self-esteem.

Helping children develop cognitive skills such as counting and recognition of letters, numbers, shapes, and sounds through educational games.

Our play-based programs place an emphasis on helping children learn the discipline of social interactions.

Including block play, sensory play, dramatic play, easel painting, books, and other manipulatives.
Participation Model

Parent Participation

The Learning Center for Young Children is a parent participation preschool program. LCYC believes that parent involvement in the education of their young children is beneficial for everyone.
